Today, Gensler’s Residential Practice Area Leader, Phil Esocoff, speaks with Darryl Hemminger, Senior Vice President for ZOM, on how developers are assessing tenant needs across cities and suburbs and finding solutions that best fit each demographic. Darryl has been involved the development of more than 2,700 multifamily units throughout the southeast United States.
